Windows 8 new laptop has a touch screen. The only problem with this is that users are not interested. Only 5% of Windows 8 laptops that were sold through December 15th were touch screens. Besides the fact that only 30 out of the 700 different kinds of laptops at Best Buy are touch screen, the new touch screen laptops cost up to $120 to $150 dollars more than a regular laptop. The cheapest touchscreen laptop is the 11.6-inch Asus VivoBook, which sells for around $500.
